Help us celebrate the 167th anniversary of the Eastern Kings Exhibition! Established in 1840, We are the oldest Exhibition in PEI, and one of the five oldest in Canada.

Friday, Sept. 14th Look for 2008 schedules in the New Year
All entry forms must be completed and on items submitted by 11am on Friday morning.  Entry tickets will be abvailable at the Exhibition office from Sept 10 to 13 between 1 and 4 daily.  All judging starts at NOON!!
 
Saturday, Sept. 15th. - Ground open at 7 am for exhibitors.  
     7 am -9:30    Registration of Horses (Light & Heavy)
     10 am           Judging of the Poultry Show
     12 noon        Arena Opens to general public /Trade show on display inside arena all day!!
     12 noon        Silent Auction Begins
     12 noon        Antique Tractors go on display
      1:00            Official Opening
      1:00            Rabbit Show begins
      1:00            Children's Activities with Island Active Families
      2:00            Amateur Seafood Chowder Challenge Begins
      3:00            Seafood Chowder Competition Ends with Interviews & Announcement of winners
      3:30            Horse Pulls Begin
      4:00            Cake Auction Begins
      4:00            Silent Auction Ends  
      5:00            Fair Ends, exhibits may leave.
       
Throughout the afternoon, Entertainment will be on stage for everyone
to enjoy.  The 4-H Display will have numerous events also for the kids.
Our livestock will be on display all day at the show grounds located
behind the Arena.  Displays will be available for viewing all day for
everyones delight.
 
Sunday, Sept. 16,
      10:30 am     Registration for the ATV Pulls
      11:00 am     MANDATORY Training Seminar for ALL those involved with the ATV Pulls (1 hour)
      12:00 pm     ATV Pulls Begin
        3:00 pm    Ceilidh Begins inside Arena.
        4:00 pm    ATV Pulls END (roughly)

There is a $10 entry fee per person in the ATV Pulls.  To take part in
the pulls, competitors MUST attend the ATV training seminar that will be
held before the event.
 
All other entry fees have been dropped for this year.  There is no fee
for exhibitors to enter any category!
