The Cuisine Machine is a state of the art mobile kitchen, owned by the Prince Edward Island Association of Exhibitions. It was created first and foremost to promote PEI products and businesses, people, and culture. It is a fully equipped, kitchen on wheels, with the ability to be used for festivals, exhibitions, special occasions and events, or as an emergency kitchen, should the need arise.

The Cuisine Machine has been equipped with state of the art stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, a 6 burner range, ventilation hood, salamander broiler, double stack convection oven, holding oven, char broiler, deep fryer, Kitchen Aid Mixer, Commercial Food Processor and Commercial 9" slicer, hot water heater, stand up freezer, and stand in refrigerator. It also has a three compartment stainless steel sink, a hand sink, dispensers for soap and paper toweling, hot water heater, generator, fresh water tank, fresh water intake, gray water tank, storage racks, electric box, compressor, interior heater, two air conditioning units, PA system with two flush mount exterior speakers, with amp, wireless mike and CD player. There are 12 feet of under cabinet storage, a stainless steel counter, and 10 feet of over head cabinets. Also, a possible inclusion is a Chef’s stainless steel demonstration table equipped with 4 propane burners and an overhead mirror, as requested.

No commercial kitchen is complete without cookware, so in addition, the Cuisine Machine comes completely stocked with a collection of Paderno cookware. There are stock pots, fry pans, cooking equipment including stainless steel bowls and cooking utensils (both stainless steel and bakeware), measuring cups and spoons, and stainless steel serving trays. In addition to the complete commercial restaurant and entertainment center on wheels, the Cuisine Machine has it’s own audio and roll out stage for the total package presentation, whether for food demonstrations or that special occasion or event.

The Cuisine Machine can be rented to any individual, group or organization that enters into a legally binding contract with the PEI Association of Exhibitions. It has already been requested by specific organizations to be used to promote Island products both on Prince Edward Island, in Canada and in the United States.
